They last time he vomited yellow bile. He can't keep down anything, even water. I'm worried about dehydration but because we live in the middle of nowhere and we don't have insurance I can't take him to a doctor. Unreliable transportation and no public transportation or neighbours means we only have very basic supplies. I'm fairly certain this is a bug that's been going around, but that lasted about a week for everyone else and he certainly can't go on like this for a week. What should I do?
